Blasting Blasting is an important part of any protective system, and whilst items can be used
in an exterior environment with just a pre-treatment or primer with limited success, blasting
the items before pre-treating or priming will add up to 50% onto the longevity and integrity
of the finish.

• We can blast items up to 6m long x 2m high and 2meters deep
• Because our aim is to ultimately achieve the best aesthetic finish possible
  with a protective system we fine blast to a profile of SA 2.5.
• Items for blasting need to be a substantial fabrication so that warping or
  damage to the product does not occur.
• Pre-treatment and primers are always applied within 24 hours of an item being blasted.
• Blasting can be used as a decorative finish e.g. stainless steel.
